Overhead Squat (Build to heavy set of 5)

Snatch Balance (Build to heavy triple)

4 x 400m Run

1 RM Snatch

While Partner A is running 400m, Partner B is working to establish a 1RM snatch. When partner A returns from their 400m run, they will work to establish a 1RM and Partner B will head out to complete 400m.

Each athlete will complete two 400m intervals and have 2 intervals to establish a 1 RM snatch. There must be a successful lift made by each athlete in their first round.

The snatch will start with the bar on the floor. Squat, power, and split are all acceptable.

Scoring: There will be TWO scores for this event. Fastest mile and heaviest combined snatch (total of partner a & b’s heaviest lift).

Time Cap: RX Men= 9min RX Women/scaled Men= 10min scaled Women= 11min
