Athletes travel between two cones spaced 30ft apart and must bearhug a sandbag. Score is total reps and cannot set sandbag down if they do their attempt is over!

Down is 1 rep back is 2 reps!

20 DB Push Press – 50/35

Athlete 1 completes a round then athlete 2 goes.

Score is total time for both athletes to finish workout!
